don't believe a word he says
I'm lacking inspiration for anything. I think I'm losing my imagination. Please come back! All I can do is feel in awe of other people's creations and fall into dreamy modes when it comes to nature's gifts. Today walking along the bike trail between Burwood Station and Ashburton, I was overcome by the spongey multitude of clovers that literally smother almost every growth of grass and every tree. It makes me wish I were lighter so I could dive amongst it without crushing any of the clovers. And just yesterday, when I wandered outside for a little while to gather the washing together before it rained, everything was so still and so silent. The kind of silent that is overwhelming but in the good sense. But out of nowhere, this whistling wind started and I looked up and about 50 birds in their flock-formation swept by. These kind of things make me wish I had a camera so I could capture the beauty I so very rarely see in life. I really do wish there was more overgrown parkland areas instead of bitumen, concrete and neatly trimmed sections of grass so that natural things could make my day more often.I'm in such a drizzly mood. I'm caught up listening to nothing but sad songs and memory songs so that I'm slowly dripping into tears. Why can't I have a bunch of friends who are all friends with each other? I feel terribly lonely but life says I'm not a people person. I look to the day when I wither away into a crazy cat lady. I love Fern enough. Give me 20 more and I'll love them just the same. 0 fat astronauts |
